It ensures consistent separation of waste and is thus the basic prerequisite for an odorless separating toilet.
A separator insert is the heart of every separating toilet, as it ensures that solid and liquid waste are kept apart. Thanks to years of experience and testing, a separator was developed that not only achieves complete separation of urine and feces but also offers the highest level of comfort, flexibility and hygiene beyond its separating mechanism.
Using a separating toilet with a TROBOLO separator insert works just like using a conventional toilet. Inside the toilet, however, urine and feces are separated. The urine is collected at the front and drained into a separate liquid container, an external container outside the toilet, or separately via a pipe into the sewer. The feces, on the other hand, pass through the rear part of the separator into a solids container. The separator is designed to suit the different anatomical requirements of all toilet users while always ensuring clean and reliable separation.

- Germany: free shipping for orders from €0.50; €0.10 for orders below €0.50. Delivery time 3–5 business days.
- European Union (all other EU member states): €14.90. Delivery time 5–8 business days.
- United Kingdom: €24.90, for orders with a cart value of €160 or more. Transit time 3–4 business days after dispatch.
- Switzerland: €24.90. Transit time 4–6 business days after dispatch.
- Norway: €24.90. Transit time 5–7 business days after dispatch.
- Australia and New Zealand: €49.90. Delivery time 8–15 business days.
Transit times for the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway follow DHL's published guidance for DHL Paket International parcels sent from Germany (DHL Paket International – Informationen zu Destinationen & Zielgebieten).
Customs duties and import taxes
Deliveries outside the European Union (United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Australia and New Zealand) are shipped DAP (Delivered at Place). Customs duties, import taxes and any fees charged by the carrier or the customs authorities in the destination country are not included in our prices or shipping costs and are payable by the recipient.

Statutory warranty
The statutory warranty for defects applies to all products. For new goods purchased by consumers, the warranty period is two years from delivery. If a product is defective, please e-mail info@stahlor.com with your order number, a short description of the defect and, where possible, photos.
A manufacturer's guarantee, where offered, applies in addition to your statutory rights and does not limit them.
