DEKASEAL 8936 is a high-quality, permanently tacky, non-hardening sealant that remains plastic, based on polyisobutylene (PIB). Excess material can simply be dabbed off with itself. DEKASEAL 8936 cannot be painted over.

Application:

Sealing overlaps and joints, e.g. in bus, caravan, motorhome, train and truck construction
Sealing screwed connections.
Sealing sunroof systems.
Application under trim strips when installing windows and skylights in caravans, motorhomes, trailers and container construction.
Suitable for use between metal sheets, glass, GRP, wood and other materials.
Sealing rubber-to-glass joints in buses, cars, trains and trucks.

Dab-off sealant for applications without a visible joint edge (hatches, flaps, doors, side windows, etc.). Seals almost all screwed connections; edge, trim and keder strips; headlights, tail lights and reversing cameras; use under mounting frames when installing windows in caravans and motorhomes; suitable between metal sheets, glass, GRP, wood and other materials. Cannot be painted over; if paintability is required, use DEKASEAL 1512.

European Union (all other EU member states): €14.90. Delivery time 5–8 business days.
United Kingdom: €24.90, for orders with a cart value of €160 or more. Transit time 3–4 business days after dispatch.
Switzerland: €24.90. Transit time 4–6 business days after dispatch.
Norway: €24.90. Transit time 5–7 business days after dispatch.
Australia and New Zealand: €49.90. Delivery time 8–15 business days.

Deliveries outside the European Union (United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Australia and New Zealand) are shipped DAP (Delivered at Place). Returns

To withdraw, send an unequivocal statement to Stahlor GmbH, Karlstr. 11, 88069 Tettnang, Germany, or by e-mail to info@stahlor.com. The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer.

Statutory warranty

The statutory warranty for defects applies to all products. For new goods purchased by consumers, the warranty period is two years from delivery. If a product is defective, please e-mail info@stahlor.com with your order number, a short description of the defect and, where possible, photos.

A manufacturer's guarantee, where offered, applies in addition to your statutory rights and does not limit them.
