Shipping costs and delivery times

• Germany: free shipping for orders from €0.50; €0.10 for orders below €0.50. Delivery time 3–5 business days.
• European Union (all other EU member states): €14.90. Delivery time 5–8 business days.
• United Kingdom: €24.90, for orders with a cart value of €160 or more. Transit time 3–4 business days after dispatch.
• Switzerland: €24.90. Transit time 4–6 business days after dispatch.
• Norway: €24.90. Transit time 5–7 business days after dispatch.
• Australia and New Zealand: €49.90. Delivery time 8–15 business days.

Transit times for the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway follow DHL's published guidance for DHL Paket International parcels sent from Germany (DHL Paket International – Informationen zu Destinationen & Zielgebieten).

Customs duties and import taxes

Deliveries outside the European Union (United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Australia and New Zealand) are shipped DAP (Delivered at Place). Customs duties, import taxes and any fees charged by the carrier or the customs authorities in the destination country are not included in our prices or shipping costs and are payable by the recipient.

Products delivered within Germany only

Some products can only be delivered within Germany, for example:

• awnings, awning tents, drive-away awnings and roof tents
• caravan movers, complete vehicle doors and pilot seats
• rigid long parts over 120 cm, such as poles, rails, profiles, panels and ladders
• gas appliances (e.g. gas heaters, stoves, barbecues and gas fridges), gas components (e.g. regulators, hoses, gas alarms and gas tanks), gas bottles and cartridges
• lithium batteries, power stations and devices with built-in lithium batteries
• 230 V mains appliances, such as air conditioners, floor heating, dehumidifiers, battery chargers and inverters
• pop-top and high-top roofs, roof beds, rock'n'roll beds, bench seat frames, furniture modules, floor panels, furniture boards and camping boxes
• towbars, air suspension, springs and shock absorbers, wheel spacers, alloy wheels, levelling jacks and stabilisers
• AGM and gel batteries

Shipping policy

Returns

As a consumer, you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. How the withdrawal period is calculated, how to withdraw, the effects of withdrawal and the model withdrawal form are set out in our Refund policy.

To withdraw, send an unequivocal statement to Stahlor GmbH, Karlstr. 11, 88069 Tettnang, Germany, or by e-mail to info@stahlor.com. The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer.

Statutory warranty

The statutory warranty for defects applies to all products. For new goods purchased by consumers, the warranty period is two years from delivery. If a product is defective, please e-mail info@stahlor.com with your order number, a short description of the defect and, where possible, photos.

A manufacturer's guarantee, where offered, applies in addition to your statutory rights and does not limit them.
