Inherited from the Oyster® Connect is the unique and extremely powerful concept with three separate WLAN modules and one LTE module. This continues to guarantee the best possible wireless connectivity, both inside and outside the vehicle!
The mobile hotspot provides a stable signal – even while driving.
You can browse comfortably in your motorhome, campervan or caravan – and additionally enjoy all the benefits of a "mobile home network".
Once set up, all your devices automatically connect to the Oyster® Access WLAN whenever they are within range – just like at home! This works both when parked (or driving) via the LTE connection, as well as when the Oyster® Access is connected to the local WLAN of a campsite or parking area.
Proven features retained, yet everything is new
The Oyster® Access system consists of a control unit (router) installed in the vehicle and an external antenna mounted on the vehicle roof.
The connection between control unit and external antenna in the Oyster® Access is made classically via four particularly high-quality coaxial antenna cables each.
Unlike the Oyster® Connect, all electronics are concentrated in a single compact housing in the vehicle interior. This also allows the SIM card readers to be conveniently positioned on the front of the Oyster® Access device. New active thermal management ensures uninterrupted operation, even in particularly warm environments.

SIM Card Note:
An SIM card is required for LTE operation, which is not included in the scope of delivery. The resulting connection costs and internet parameters (download / upload, international roaming) depend on the respective network operator.
Oyster® Access Control Unit (Router)
The control unit (router) is located in the vehicle interior and serves as a WLAN access point, just as you know from home. In the compact housing, the 2.4 and 5 GHz WLAN antennas (2×2 MIMO) for the private home network are built in protected internally. Both frequency bands operate in parallel – so you can connect multiple mobile devices simultaneously on different bands with maximum data transfer.
Your devices (such as smartphone, tablet, laptop or smart TV) only need to be connected to the control unit's WLAN once. It also has a LAN connection and can thus also set up a private wired LAN network.

SIM Card / Multi SIM Card
Generally, the Oyster® Access can be used with any SIM card that enables data traffic. Using a second card in addition to your existing mobile contract on your smartphone is financially advantageous. These second cards are often marketed under the name "Multi-SIM". This way you only have one mobile contract for the smartphone and the Oyster® Access. In 2017, roaming charges were abolished in Europe, which means that using mobile services abroad in Europe generally no longer incurs additional charges.
Now new with external WLAN and WireGuard™
- External WLAN: If desired, your own WLAN can now also be transmitted via the external antenna in a significantly wider radius around the vehicle. This WLAN can also be configured as an isolated guest network with its own WLAN name and password.
- Support for the WireGuard™ protocol (mark of WireGuard LLC): Enables a free, secure VPN connection to compatible routers (e.g. Fritz!Box) – for protected internet traffic in public WLANs

Customs duties and import taxes
Deliveries outside the European Union (United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Australia and New Zealand) are shipped DAP (Delivered at Place). Customs duties, import taxes and any fees charged by the carrier or the customs authorities in the destination country are not included in our prices or shipping costs and are payable by the recipient.
Products delivered within Germany only
Some products can only be delivered within Germany, for example:
- awnings, awning tents, drive-away awnings and roof tents
- caravan movers, complete vehicle doors and pilot seats
- rigid long parts over 120 cm, such as poles, rails, profiles, panels and ladders
- gas appliances (e.g. gas heaters, stoves, barbecues and gas fridges), gas components (e.g. regulators, hoses, gas alarms and gas tanks), gas bottles and cartridges
- lithium batteries, power stations and devices with built-in lithium batteries
- 230 V mains appliances, such as air conditioners, floor heating, dehumidifiers, battery chargers and inverters
- pop-top and high-top roofs, roof beds, rock'n'roll beds, bench seat frames, furniture modules, floor panels, furniture boards and camping boxes
- towbars, air suspension, springs and shock absorbers, wheel spacers, alloy wheels, levelling jacks and stabilisers
- AGM and gel batteries

Returns

Statutory warranty
The statutory warranty for defects applies to all products. For new goods purchased by consumers, the warranty period is two years from delivery. If a product is defective, please e-mail info@stahlor.com with your order number, a short description of the defect and, where possible, photos.
A manufacturer's guarantee, where offered, applies in addition to your statutory rights and does not limit them.
