Whilst most toilets in a caravan or motorhome are made of plastic and over time the factory-sealed surface becomes susceptible to deposits and bacteria due to biological, chemical and mechanical influences, the Twusch offers all the benefits of a conventional household toilet.
Its shape has been adapted and is therefore very easy to install. Thanks to nano-sealing (lotus effect), the Twusch is easier to clean and uses up to 75% less water. This protects the environment and makes life in a motorhome and caravan a little easier.
Notes:
• Remove the cassette before installation.
• Install the Twusch only at room temperature.
• Install level and straight! The Twusch must not protrude above the water edge at the top or below the outlet at the bottom - this could make cassette removal difficult or prevent it.
• Check that the cassette can be removed properly before bonding.
Step 1: Before inserting, please check whether there are any deposits on your motorhome or caravan toilet and remove them. Make sure your motorhome or caravan toilet is dry and grease-free.
Step 2: Insert the Twusch of the appropriate model for your Thetford toilet.
Step 3: Seal the gap between the toilet and the insert with silicone. Smooth out any excess silicone. Allow the silicone to dry for 24 hours. Done!

Customs duties and import taxes
Deliveries outside the European Union (United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Australia and New Zealand) are shipped DAP (Delivered at Place). Customs duties, import taxes and any fees charged by the carrier or the customs authorities in the destination country are not included in our prices or shipping costs and are payable by the recipient.

Returns

To withdraw, send an unequivocal statement to Stahlor GmbH, Karlstr. 11, 88069 Tettnang, Germany, or by e-mail to info@stahlor.com. The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer.
Statutory warranty
The statutory warranty for defects applies to all products. For new goods purchased by consumers, the warranty period is two years from delivery. If a product is defective, please e-mail info@stahlor.com with your order number, a short description of the defect and, where possible, photos.
A manufacturer's guarantee, where offered, applies in addition to your statutory rights and does not limit them.
