A separator insert is the heart of every urine-diverting toilet, as it ensures the separation of solid and liquid waste. Thanks to years of experience and testing, we have been able to develop a separator that is designed not only to separate urine and faeces completely, but also to offer the highest level of comfort, flexibility and hygiene in addition to its separation mechanism. A urine-diverting toilet with Trobolo separating toilet insert works in exactly the same way as a conventional toilet. Inside the toilet, however, urine and faeces are separated from each other. The urine is collected in the front area and drained into a separate liquid container, an external container outside the toilet or separately into the sewage system via a pipe. The faeces, on the other hand, passes through the rear part of the separator into a solids container. The separator is designed to meet the different anatomical requirements of all toilet users, while ensuring clean and reliable separation of excreta at all times. Customs duties and import taxes
Deliveries outside the European Union (United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Australia and New Zealand) are shipped DAP (Delivered at Place). Customs duties, import taxes and any fees charged by the carrier or the customs authorities in the destination country are not included in our prices or shipping costs and are payable by the recipient.

Returns

Statutory warranty
The statutory warranty for defects applies to all products. For new goods purchased by consumers, the warranty period is two years from delivery. If a product is defective, please e-mail info@stahlor.com with your order number, a short description of the defect and, where possible, photos.
A manufacturer's guarantee, where offered, applies in addition to your statutory rights and does not limit them.
