It was specially developed for caravans and uses the heat from the heating system to heat the water. When the heater is not running, an electric heating element takes over this task. A warm air pipe runs directly through the Truma Therme and gives off heat to the water. In addition, the device has an electric heating element, so that the water can be heated even without heating. In less than an hour, the water reaches a temperature of around 60 degrees. At a maximum of 65 degrees is the end - there lies the automatic temperature limiter. Customs duties and import taxes
Deliveries outside the European Union (United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Australia and New Zealand) are shipped DAP (Delivered at Place). Customs duties, import taxes and any fees charged by the carrier or the customs authorities in the destination country are not included in our prices or shipping costs and are payable by the recipient.

Returns

To withdraw, send an unequivocal statement to Stahlor GmbH, Karlstr. 11, 88069 Tettnang, Germany, or by e-mail to info@stahlor.com. The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer.
Statutory warranty
The statutory warranty for defects applies to all products. For new goods purchased by consumers, the warranty period is two years from delivery. If a product is defective, please e-mail info@stahlor.com with your order number, a short description of the defect and, where possible, photos.
A manufacturer's guarantee, where offered, applies in addition to your statutory rights and does not limit them.
