So you can operate the heater on the campsite with the 12 V power supply completely without an on-board battery. At the same time, the Combi 4 E requires very little power. The heater runs in gas mode for self-sufficient use, in electric mode at the campsite, and in mixed mode when outside temperatures are low. In summer, the Combi 4 E only heats the water without heating. Like all Combi models, the Combi 4 E combines the functions of heating and heating water in a single device. The heater provides cozy warmth in your vehicle within a few minutes. At the same time, it heats the water you need for showering, rinsing or washing your hands. The clever thing about it is that you only have to install a single device in your caravan or motor home. This saves weight and space: in contrast to an S-heater, the freedom of passage in your vehicle remains fully intact. You can regulate the temperature in your vehicle continuously on a digital control panel. In combination with the Truma iNet Box, you can already switch on your Combi 4 E on the go with the Truma App via smartphone. - Germany: free shipping for orders from €0.50; €0.10 for orders below €0.50. Delivery time 3–5 business days.
- European Union (all other EU member states): €14.90. Delivery time 5–8 business days.
- United Kingdom: €24.90, for orders with a cart value of €160 or more. Transit time 3–4 business days after dispatch.
- Switzerland: €24.90. Transit time 4–6 business days after dispatch.
- Norway: €24.90. Transit time 5–7 business days after dispatch.
- Australia and New Zealand: €49.90. Delivery time 8–15 business days.
Transit times for the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway follow DHL's published guidance for DHL Paket International parcels sent from Germany (DHL Paket International – Informationen zu Destinationen & Zielgebieten).
Customs duties and import taxes
Deliveries outside the European Union (United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Australia and New Zealand) are shipped DAP (Delivered at Place). Customs duties, import taxes and any fees charged by the carrier or the customs authorities in the destination country are not included in our prices or shipping costs and are payable by the recipient.
Products delivered within Germany only
Some products can only be delivered within Germany, for example:

Returns

To withdraw, send an unequivocal statement to Stahlor GmbH, Karlstr. 11, 88069 Tettnang, Germany, or by e-mail to info@stahlor.com. The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer.
Statutory warranty
The statutory warranty for defects applies to all products. For new goods purchased by consumers, the warranty period is two years from delivery. If a product is defective, please e-mail info@stahlor.com with your order number, a short description of the defect and, where possible, photos.
A manufacturer's guarantee, where offered, applies in addition to your statutory rights and does not limit them.
