Optimal battery charging with charging curve during driving. The problem is well-known and always frustrating: despite a powerful alternator, the onboard battery does not fully charge even on longer journeys. The cause is long cable runs, small cable cross-sections and widely differing charge states of starter and onboard batteries.
In addition, various consumers must be supplied with power during driving.
VOTRONIC chargers provide a solution, charging the onboard battery quickly and gently according to battery manufacturer specifications. Even on short journeys, the battery is charged at full charging current. Losses due to long charging cables in large vehicles and voltage fluctuations at the alternator (Euro 6) are compensated. Vehicles with 12 V and 24 V onboard voltages are optimally supplied by selecting the appropriate unit. Of course, galvanically isolated. This prevents voltage flashover in case of fault, unwanted discharge and suppresses interference in the onboard network. The compact units are in no way inferior to identically designed mains chargers.
Here too, an intelligent microprocessor controls the robust power electronics and ensures optimal charging and safe operation. The 6-stage charging curves can be set for classic lead-acid, gel and AGM batteries as well as modern lithium LiFePO4 batteries. Connected consumers are automatically supplied, even if the onboard network is heavily loaded. The automatic power control provides the necessary safety and starting capability of the vehicle.

GALVANIC ISOLATION. Galvanic isolation between input and output ensures through absolute isolation of the battery circuits excellent suppression of interference, clean ground connections on both sides (even with long supply lines), safety in case of fault (no flashover 12 V/24 V or 24 V/12 V possible) and reliably prevents unwanted discharge.

Returns

To withdraw, send an unequivocal statement to Stahlor GmbH, Karlstr. 11, 88069 Tettnang, Germany, or by e-mail to info@stahlor.com. The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer.

Statutory warranty

The statutory warranty for defects applies to all products. For new goods purchased by consumers, the warranty period is two years from delivery. If a product is defective, please e-mail info@stahlor.com with your order number, a short description of the defect and, where possible, photos.

A manufacturer's guarantee, where offered, applies in addition to your statutory rights and does not limit them.
